CVD Group takes raw land and turns it into shovel-ready property. We handle every stage of the development process — from acquisition and feasibility through planning approvals, engineering design, and full site servicing — so the land is ready when it’s time to build.
Whether it’s a residential subdivision, a commercial parcel, or a mixed-use community, we manage the moving parts in-house: working with municipalities, engineers, environmental consultants, and our own construction crews to deliver fully serviced lots on schedule.
